1. Write about the areas on the self-assessment in which you had 
   your highest scores.

By doing the self-assessment, I wasn't completely surprised by my results.  
Over the years I have done quite a bit of self reflection and I understand my 
faults and strengths.  I have learned to focus on those strengths in order to 
outweigh my faults, in hopes that by doing the positive and things I am good 
at will in turn encourage the areas I struggle with to improve.  Beliefe in ones 
own ability and taking responsibility for those abilities are how one accomplishes anything they set their mind to.


2. Write about the areas of the self-assessment in which you had 
   your lowest scores. 

I struggle with asking for help.  I find that any and all problems I am 
presented with can be solved in many different ways, my task is to discover 
which way works best for me.  I find that others sometimes get in the way of 
that.  Most people want to do things their way, and its rare to fine others who 
only wish to truly provide unbiased options.
